On behalf of the South East Asia and Pacific Group, I would like to extend a warm welcome to Ambassador Chae-hyun to the role of Chair.
Ambassador, you can be assured of the support and good will of all of our delegations.

The Group would like also to extend a warm welcome to our new Vice-Chairs and to all of the new members of the Board of Governors elected at the 65th General Conference.

Although Ambassador Hulan in not here today, the SEAP Group would like to officially record its sincere thanks for her leadership of the Board, and for her commitment to excellence during an unprecedented and extraordinary time.
We would also like to extend that thanks, to Ambassador Hulan’s team who have been exemplary in their support for her, the Board and the entire membership of the Agency.
